CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Go Jen Go Foundation is bringing back its Pink Cupcake Walk to support local families affected by breast cancer.
The sixth annual event will take place Saturday, Oct. 3, from 8 a.m. to noon at Truist Field in Uptown Charlotte. Participants will walk four laps around the baseball field, receiving a mini cupcake from a local bakery after each lap.
Proceeds benefit the Go Jen Go Foundation, which helps Charlotte-area families facing the financial burden of a breast cancer diagnosis. The foundation currently supports more than 110 families each month.
